Works Great!
I have had no problems with the device, it preforms as advertised. One thing that you may want to note before purchasing this product is that the screen on the Zune device does not rotate any videos that you play while it is on the dock. For the most part, this will not be a problem considering that it will be attached to a larger screen or tv. But just don't plan on watching any videos on the zune screen while it is on the dock.
Overall, I am satisfied with it's performance. I would recommend this product to others.

Great Product For All Music Lovers!
The Zune Home AV pack v2 unit has literally put my SONY 5 disc carousel CD player, from my home stereo rack system to death. What I mean by death is that I no longer play it. In the past, I would make my own CDs and load my CD player with my favorite music, put it on shuffle and push play. I'm a music lover and the problem I was having is that I could only load 5 CDs at a time. I had though about buying a CD player that holds up to 200 CDs, but I'm glad I waited and purchased the Zune 120GB instead. Now with the Home AV Pack, I'm able to load over 7000 songs onto my Zune (and I still have tons of space for more music), create several playlist, place it on shuffle and press play. The sound quality is just as good as my CD player and I no longer have to change disc or burn disc anymore. Great value for all music lovers who have tons of music!

Zune Home AV Pack
This works just fine but I don't think it is very necessary. I bought it for the remote control but it is too hard to connect inside my home.

Disappointing
For the money I paid for this, I expected it to be gold plated, or at least work as advertised. The TV dock plays music through the TV fine, but turn video on and everything goes black. The only useful thing is the A/C adaptor. Maybe there's a version 3 now.

Not what I was expecting
I bought this to have access to my music through my home theater. I expected to dock my Zune on the attractive dock, which is hooked up through my receiver, including a video output, and be able to see my library on my TV. My Z30 fit well, as did my 16. It even included a very nice remote.
However, this is where my satisfaction ended. Seeing as it had 1: a video output and 2: a fully functioning remote, I thought I would be able to browse all of my music from a far distance through my TV. This is NOT the case. For some reason, the video output only outputs when videos are playing (I have not tried this though). That means if you want to browse by artist or change playlists etc., you have to get up and walk up to the device to look on the tiny screen. At that point, you might as well not use the remote.
One last complaint is that you have to turn the volume up on the device. A proper dock should not require you to use the volume on the device; it should regulate the volume and not allow adjustment to prevent over-working the amplifier of the input device due to misuse.
I can't rightfully give the unit 1 star simply because it does what it is supposed to. It charges, plays music with exceptional quality, and it hooks up easily and looks great. I am very disappointed, though, in its price and functionality. For the price, I think it should allow you to browse your library on the TV.
Because this does not function as I wish it did, I will be returning it to BestBuy soon for a full refund (I made sure of this prior to buying).
If you want a simple dock that can play music and don't mind the slightly unreasonable price, this will work just fine. But I myself am going to wait until a product comes out for the Zune that allows me to browse my music on the TV. Like a good home-theater dock should.
